Texas education provider information
Important
- Failure to pay a provider registration by its due date will cause the registration to inactivate.
- When a provider registration becomes inactive, all registered courses will automatically become inactive on the same date. You will be required to re-register the provider ID and re-submit all courses for approval.
- The department or its designee may at any time investigate or audit a provider's records and/or compliance. Read Title 28 of the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 19.1016 to become familiar with all circumstances where an automatic fine may be assessed on course providers.
- All education providers should use Sircon to create and manage their accounts. Reminders and notices can be found under the Sircon notification bell.
