Renew your course or provider ID

Renewal

Both provider registrations and certified courses must be renewed every two years to maintain an active status. Renewals become available 90 days before the expiration date and should be submitted using your Sircon account. Renewal fees are not refundable. This includes when a course is rejected or certified for fewer hours than requested on the application. Note: Providers are encouraged to use their Sircon account and dashboard for updates and notices.

  • The fee to renew a provider registration is $50.
  • The fee to renew a CE course is $10 per credit hour.
  • There is no fee to renew an Adjuster pre-licensing course.

My provider ID is expired

If your provider registration has expired, you will need to submit a new provider registration. You will need to sign in to your old provider account in Sircon to submit a new provider registration. If you need assistance logging in, contact Sircon’s support team at Sircon Help (vertafore.com).

Note: If you fail to maintain an active status on your provider registration, all certified courses will also become inactive. Once your provider registration is back in an active status, you will need to re-submit all course applications.

My course ID is expired

If your course ID has expired, you will need to re-register your course as a new course. Once you’re in your Sircon provider account, you may submit your course application.
