Public Online Search for NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing (SERFF) Company Submissions

TDI is making certain company filings received after April 13, 2014, available for public viewing on the internet. To make these filings accessible, TDI is using NAIC’s System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access interface (SFA). SERFF Filing Access

Confidential filings and documents

You can only view the details of a filing if the company or TDI marked it available for public access.  Filings marked confidential by the carrier will not be listed in search results. Documents marked confidential within a filing that have some publicly accessible documents will also not be listed. Only documents not marked confidential will be listed in search results.

Can’t find it?

If you can’t find something, or want to get documents or filings marked confidential, you may submit an open records request. You may also contact the filing company, the company contact, or the organization to obtain a copy of the form or document.

Copyright

Some pages of a filing may contain a copyright notice, which protects those pages from being reproduced under federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. Sections 1-1101). TDI must comply with copyright law and is not required to furnish copies of any copyrighted records. See Texas Government Code Section 552.027; ORD No. 550 (1990); and Att’y Gen. Op. MW-307 (1981).

This is a self-help site and TDI may not provide search help for records. The SERFF Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.
