Before courses can be submitted for review, you must first have an active provider registration with TDI.
Failure to pay a provider registration renewal fee by its due date will cause the registration to inactivate. All approved courses registered under this provider ID will immediately go into inactive status. You'll be required to re-register the provider ID and re-submit all courses for approval.
How do I register as a Texas provider?
- You must create a free Sircon account to apply for registration as a provider and manage your education program. Select Education Providers and then Sign Up.
- If you are an established provider but need to re-register, click here.
- The fee is $50 per application.
- Reminder: Once approved, you must renew your registration every two years. If you don’t, your registration and all approved courses registered under your provider ID will immediately go into inactive status. Then you’ll need to re-register the provider ID and resubmit all courses for approval.
What documentation do I need?
When registering your Provider account, you will be asked if your company is subject to paying the Texas Franchise Tax. If you answer "Yes," you must attach/upload your account status certificate.
To ensure you are attaching the correct document, a sample of the header information on the Franchise Tax Account Status document is provided below.
