Revisions have been made to the TAIPA Private Passenger Rate Bulletin and Machine Letter that accompanied Commissioner's Bulletin B-0048-01 dated November 14, 2001 to correct some inadvertent errors. The revisions made are as below:
1. Pages 40 and 41 of the TAIPA Private Passenger Rate Bulletin Pages have been replaced with the revised pages 40 and 41. Pages 40 and 41 were revised to make the premiums consistent with those described on page 6 of the Private Passenger Machine Letter.
2. Page 6 of the TAIPA Private Passenger Machine Letter Pages has been replaced with the revised page 6. Page 6 was revised to make the Increased Limits Factors consistent with those released in Commissioner's Bulletin B-0047-01.
The revised Machine Letter and Rate Bulletin pages are available for downloading at the Department's website: www.tdi.state.tx.us. Look for Commissioner's Bulletin No. B-0048A-01 under "Bulletins" in the "Latest News" section of TDI's website home page. These are available in Excel and PDF formats.
