Background information
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is requesting data from applicable health insurers pursuant to Texas Insurance Code §38.001 to support an actuarial review of the Texas Cost-Sharing Reduction (CSR) factor. Health plan issuers that filed for Plan Year 2025 with individual health plans on the federal marketplace (Exchange) are required to report.
