Title insurance underwriters are required to file.
Due Date
This is an annual data call. Each year
- by April 1, TDI will post the reporting form, instructions, and other information needed to complete the report;
- by June 1, title insurance underwriters must submit their responses; and
- by November 1, TDI will publish the report on this data call.

This data call collects income, expense, and policy data from title insurance underwriting companies.
