In accordance with the Texas Administrative Code, Title 37, Part 7, Chapter 215, Section 215.7, the board must consist of at least three members, one-third of which must be considered public members, as defined by Texas Occupational Code, Section 1701.052.
The chief administrator of the TDI Fraud Unit and the designated training coordinator may serve as board members, but only in ex-officio, non-voting capacity.
Terms: Members may serve terms of up to three years at the pleasure of the chief administrator of the TDI Fraud Unit.
