The purpose of this bulletin is to inform all regulated entities and the public of TDI’s new contact information. TDI is developing a rule to update its contact information in other rules and affected forms. In the interim, TDI encourages use of the new telephone and fax numbers in forms, notices, and other affected documents.
All telephone numbers, other than toll-free numbers, and most fax numbers will change. The numbers for personnel at the Hobby Building (333 Guadalupe, Austin, Texas) changed on December 18, 2014. Telephone numbers for personnel in TDI field offices for financial examinations, windstorm inspections, and the state fire marshal’s offices will change in the near future.
