The substantive change made by Texas Education Agency is the correction in the Conditions sections of these bonds, where State Board of Education has been replaced by Commissioner of Education in each of the bonds and continuation agreements. The revised forms are: $25,000 Course Provider Bond, $25,000 Course Provider Continuation Agreement, $10,000 Driver Education School Bond, $10,000 Driver Education School Continuation Agreement, $5,000 Driver Education Branch School Bond and $5,000 Driver Education Branch School Continuation Agreement.

Reference Number TDI-00-BB-165-TWC-PF, Texas Workforce Commission - Labor Law Department - Employer Bond (New).
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) may require that an employer obtain a bond if the employer is convicted of two violations of Chapter 61, Texas Labor Code or if a TWC final order remains unpaid after the 10 th day after the order becomes final and no appeal is pending in accordance with the Texas Payday Act. TWC will be set the amount of the bond that guarantees payment of any sum recovered against the employer under the act for a period of up to three years. Failure of the surety to pay verified claims for wages found to be due and payable is subject to a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000 for each failure to pay each employee.

Reference Number TDI-00-BB-150-RCT-PF, Railroad Commission of Texas, Oil and Gas Division, Individual Plugging Performance Bond (New).
This bond may be necessary in order to plug dry or inactive wells to confine the oil, gas, brine water and usable water and complies with all provisions of Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code and all rules, regulations and lawful orders of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Assignment of reference numbers does not preclude the independent filing of surety bond forms by insurance companies for approval by the Commissioner. The filing company must confirm that the form(s) meet the statutory requirements of the appropriate state agency, and that the state agency finds the forms acceptable.
