Revisions have been made to the voluntary Private Passenger and Commercial Auto Rate Bulletins and Machine Letters that accompanied Commissioner's Bulletin B-0046-00 dated August 10, 2000. The revisions made are as below:
1. Pages 18-21, 25, 26, 31 and 37 of the Private Passenger Rate Bulletin have been replaced with the revised pages 18-21, 25, 26, 31 and 37. Pages 18-21 were revised to make the premiums consistent with those described on page 14 of the Private Passenger Machine Letter. Page 25 was revised to correct the indicated deductible differentials. The examples on Pages 25 and 26 were revised to be consistent with the correct deductible differentials. Page 31 was revised to be consistent with page 23 of the Private Passenger Machine Letter. Page 37 was revised to indicate the correct rule number and manual page number.
2. Pages 18, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27 of the Private Passenger Machine Letter have been replaced with the revised pages 18, 22, 23, 25, 26 and 27. The base premiums on Page 22 were revised to be consistent with page 30 of the Private Passenger Rate Bulletin. Page 25 was revised to correct the indicated deductible differentials. Examples on Pages 18, 23, 25 and 26 were corrected. Page 27 was revised to indicate the correct rule number.
3. Page 20 of the Commercial Auto Rate Bulletin has been replaced with the revised page 20. The Combined Liability Premiums were revised to be consistent with Page 6 of the Commercial Auto Machine Letter.
4. Page 12 of the Commercial Auto Machine Letter has been replaced with the revised page 12. The table name was corrected on this page.
The revised Machine Letter and Rate Bulletin pages are available for downloading at the Department's website: www.tdi.state.tx.us. Look for Commissioner's Bulletin No. B-0046-00A under "Bulletins" in the "Latest News" section of TDI's website home page. These are available in Excel and PDF formats.
