Re: CORRECTION TO THE EXAMPLES INCLUDED IN THE MACHINE LETTER CONCERNING RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY: HOMEOWNERS, TENANTS, DWELLING FIRE, EXTENDED COVERAGE, ADDITIONAL EXTENDED COVERAGE AND PHYSICAL LOSS FORM BENCHMARK RATES

Some errors have been discovered in the rating examples included in Commissioner's Bulletin B-0028-00 issued on April 20, 2000 and concerning residential property (homeowners, tenants, dwelling fire, extended coverage, additional extended coverage and physical loss form).

This Bulletin contains the revised rating examples. Please replace the original examples (pages 5 to 22) provided in Commissioner's Bulletin B-0028-00 with the ones attached to this bulletin.
