The Commissioner of Insurance, by Commissioner´s Order No. 00-0159, Docket No. 2433, has adopted new and/or adjusted 1998, 1999, and 2000 model private passenger automobile physical damage rating symbols for the Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual (the Manual). The new and/or adjusted symbols for the Manual´s Symbols and Identification Section reflect data compiled on damageability, repairability, and other relevant loss factors for the listed 1998, 1999, and 2000 model vehicles.
The amendments were adopted to become effective April 25, 2000, which is 60 days after publication of the Commissioner´s action in the Texas Register.
