The Commissioner of Insurance, by Commissioner's Order No. 97-0950, Docket No. 2300, has adopted new and/or adjusted 1995-98 model private passenger automobile physical damage rating symbols for the Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual (the Manual). The new and/or adjusted symbols for the Manual's Symbols and Identification Section reflect data compiled on damageability, repairability, and other relevant loss factors for the listed 1995-98 model vehicles.
The amendments were adopted to become effective December 2, 1997, which is the 60th day after publication of the Commissioner's action in the Texas Register.
