The Commissioner of Insurance, by Commissioner's Order No. 97-0223, Docket No. 2280, has adopted new and/or adjusted 1997 model private passenger automobile physical rating symbols for Texas Automobile Rules and Rating Manual (the Manual). The new and/or adjusted symbols for the Manual's Symbols and Identification Section reflect data compiled on damageability, repairability, and other relevant loss factors for the listed 1997 model vehicles.
The amendments were adopted to become effective May 17, 1997, which is the 60th day after publication of notification of the Commissioner's action in the Texas Register.
