Re: Weather related events occurring on January 17-18, 1996 in the county of El Paso for the purpose of claims processing.

In accordance with the Texas Insurance Code, Article 21.55 §5(d), the Texas Department of Insurance has determined the weather-related events occurring on January 17, 1996 and January 18, 1996 in the county of El Paso was classified as catastrophes for the purpose of processing of claims.
