The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will hold a hybrid rule hearing, allowing for in-person and virtual participation, to hear comments on the following proposals:
- Amendments to gold card and utilization review rules, 28 TAC Chapters 12 and 19.
- Amendments to update Medicare supplement rules, 28 TAC Sections 3309, 3.3312, and 3.3324.

If you would like to comment on any of these proposals at this hearing, you must fill out a public participation form for each. After those wishing to speak on the first proposal have had an opportunity, we will close the first docket and move to the next proposal.
