Details:
The Texas Department of Insurance will hold a hybrid rule hearing, allowing for in-person and virtual participation, to hear comments on the following proposals:
- Amendments related to physician-ranking by health insurers, 28 TAC 21.3202.
- Amendments to conform health benefit plan rules to recent legislation, 28 TAC Chapters 3, 11, and 26.

If you would like to comment on any of these proposals at this hearing, you must fill out a public participation form for each. After those wishing to speak on the first proposal have had an opportunity, we will close the first docket and move to the next proposal.
