Help from your insurance company:

If you have a workers’ compensation policy in Texas, your insurance company must give you free accident prevention help, including:

  • surveys;
  • consultations;
  • safety advice and training;
  • industrial hygiene and health services;
  • claims history; and
  • accident analysis.
