This webinar will provide an overview of the Texas workers’ compensation system, including roles and responsibilities of claim participants. Attendees will learn about income benefits, eligibility requirements, maximum medical improvement, impairment ratings, and the dispute resolution process.
This course is approved for one hour of general education credit through the TDI. CompCourses include a 45-minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A to earn continuing education credit. You must be present for the entire webinar, including the Q&A to receive credit.
