Send your license/registration number and new email address to FMLicensing@tdi.texas.gov.
Please note:
- As required by a rule that went into effect January 1, 2022 (PDF), licensees must provide an email address we can use for official communications.
- The SFMO keeps only one email address on file, so please make sure you are using an email account that is monitored.
- If you use a different email address when submitting any form, we will update your account with the email address provided on the form.
- Companies and the individuals they employ should decide which email address will be used for all correspondence, including renewal notifications. If an individual uses a company email address, that person must send SFMO their new email address if they leave that company.
