Re: REVISED DUE DATE FOR THE 1999 TEXAS TITLE INSURANCE AGENTS STATISTICAL REPORT FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 1998

Due to the number of deadlines (escrow audits, Federal Income Taxes, etc.) currently facing Texas title agents, we are extending the due dates for the Texas Title Insurance Agents Statistical Report for calendar year 1998. The adjusted deadlines are:

¨ May 14, 1999 for Title agents submitting reports completed manually. (Data entry is required when these reports are received in our offices.)

¨ May 28, 1999 for Title agents submitting reports completed on the TACS program. (No data entry is required when these reports are received in our offices.)

For those companies having already submitted their title reports for this period, please disregard this notice.
