The State Fire Marshal's Office and Texas Department of Insurance announce Commissioner's Order No. 2418, adopting Subchapter M concerning disciplinary and enforcement actions, and administrative penalties. Subchapter M is effective April 24, 2013.

New Amendments to the Texas Administration Code (posted 2/8/2013)
The State Fire Marshal's Office announces Commissioner's Order No. 2237 adopting amendments to 28 Texas Administration Code, Chapter 34. The amendments make substantive changes to clarify the intent of the rules or to better reflect statutory purpose.
