Use this process to supply intent to obtain the State Fire Marshal’s Office Service code.
- To apply for a new license or
- To renew/reinstate your State Fire Marshal license/permit that has expired and you do not have another active license/permit on file with us.
Submit the information requested. Once the agency registers your intent, the service code required to provide fingerprints will be supplied in a new window and the email address included with this submission.
