Filing complaints

We can help with insurance complaints against companies, agents, and adjusters. Learn how to get help with an insurance complaint. Our average processing time for complaints is about 25 days.

Commissioner's ombudsman

If you are not satisfied with customer service, you can ask to speak with a supervisor or manager in the office providing the service.
